About the role

  • Finance Executive managing account reconciliation, tax reports, and financial reporting for Bureau Veritas. Preparing month-end and quarter-end reports while ensuring compliance with the Revenue Department.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and checking of the account reconciliation reports for all account codes
  • Preparation of tax reports and tax reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare summary report to The Revenue Department.
  • Control and report for Fixed Assets report and account booking for depreciations.
  • Preparation for the month ended closing process
  • Preparation for the monthly reports and quarterly reports
  • Checking for payment entry, related to account code, WHT and net paid amount
  • All AP reports, and analyze report AR- Call to clients for collection and AR reports
  • Booking and preparation report of AP, AR and GL
  • Other assignments from his/her direct line manager
