About the role

  • As a Project Manager, oversee AutoStore® projects from start to handover. Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams, managing timelines and quality criteria.

Responsibilities

  • You maintain an overview even in complex projects and have a good sense for technology, timing and team dynamics.
  • As an AutoStore® Project Manager, you ensure that planning translates into tangible results.
  • You manage projects from handover to commissioning in a solution-oriented, reliable way, with the aim that everything runs smoothly at the end.
  • You execute AutoStore® projects from kick-off through to final acceptance.
  • You are the primary point of contact for our clients: clear, reliable and collaborative.
  • You identify issues and bottlenecks early and drive solutions.
  • You review deliverables, coordinate specifications and schedules.
  • You lead internal and external project teams effectively through all project phases.
  • You keep deadlines, costs and quality under control and report transparently to Controlling and Management.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in technical project management, ideally in AutoStore® projects or in plant/system environments.
  • You think analytically and act methodically, even when situations become complex.
  • You communicate with clients and the team with clarity and expertise.
  • You make pragmatic, goal-oriented decisions.
  • You enjoy working with people who share your passion for technology.
  • You are proficient in spoken and written German and English.
  • You are flexible, project-focused and willing to travel across regions.
