About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and own your client portfolio in the healthcare sector
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates: client prospecting, briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlists, and support through to onboarding
  • Source medical candidates through direct and indirect approaches: job platforms, professional networks, and internal talent pools
  • Conduct candidate pre-qualification interviews and summarize feedback for clients
  • Advise healthcare institutions on their talent needs and recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the collective: share leads, co-deliver assignments, and exchange best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally working with healthcare/medical profiles (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare managers, allied health professionals)
  • Knowledge of the employment market in the medical sector and of relevant sourcing channels
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and strong client/candidate relationship management
