About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and own your client portfolio in the healthcare sector
- Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates: client prospecting, briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlists, and support through to onboarding
- Source medical candidates through direct and indirect approaches: job platforms, professional networks, and internal talent pools
- Conduct candidate pre-qualification interviews and summarize feedback for clients
- Advise healthcare institutions on their talent needs and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the collective: share leads, co-deliver assignments, and exchange best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally working with healthcare/medical profiles (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare managers, allied health professionals)
- Knowledge of the employment market in the medical sector and of relevant sourcing channels
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and strong client/candidate relationship management
