About the role
- Junior Finance Manager handling accounts receivable and payable tasks at C3 Creative Code and Content. Responsible for monthly closing, project management support, and various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable: issuing outbound invoices and supporting dunning/receivables management
- Accounts payable: posting/coding, verification and approval of documents; handling incoming invoice queries; account reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly closings: accruals; reviewing account postings and, where necessary, initiating reclassifications/adjusting entries
- Maintaining master data in the agency software
- Supporting project management with AP and AR-related queries
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., finance & accounting, industrial clerk, or equivalent)
- Initial professional experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping advantageous (preferably in the media industry)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Careful and precise working style and a conscientious approach to numbers, documents and process workflows
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, combined with a high level of trustworthiness and personal accountability
