About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the site management for new-build and renovation projects in residential construction
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and internal trades
- Assist with scheduling, quality assurance, invoicing/settlement, and site documentation
- Attend construction meetings and assist with site supervision
- Gain insight into innovative construction methods such as timber and hybrid construction from our in-house production
Requirements
- Enrolled student in civil engineering, architecture, timber engineering, interior timber construction, or a related field
- You plan to complete your practical semester in autumn 2025
- Interest in sustainable construction and modern building processes
- Reliable, structured, and a team player
- Good MS Office skills; ideally first exposure to CAD/construction software
- You want to gain practical experience in a forward-looking company
