About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications;
- Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management;
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
- Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability;
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement;
- Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture.
Requirements
- BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree;
- Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager;
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- 2 years of experience in ERP project management.
