About the role

  • Project Manager in Gloucestershire County Council's Adult Transformation Team overseeing change projects and complex transformation workstreams in the care system.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping and delivering a series of change projects and initiatives in different areas of the care system.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of ambitious, complex and multi-faceted transformation workstreams.
  • Involving elements of system redesign and implementation, remodelling of services, behaviour change and delivery of savings.
  • Career progression over Grade 8, 9 & 10, with initial appointment to Grade 8 and training opportunities for progression.
