About the role

• Software Architect developing intuitive and sustainable products as part of an agile team at an IT service provider in Munich. Designing complex systems and making key technology decisions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• You will help develop intuitive, socially sustainable products together with us as part of an agile team.
• You design solutions for complex systems.
• You actively shape development processes and make technology decisions.
• You explore new technologies with us in internal projects.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience developing with a variety of technologies and programming languages.
• You have implemented both backends and frontends/mobile apps.
• You are familiar with Clean Architecture and common design patterns.
• You can design product solutions from the ground up, assess the quality of existing systems, and propose improvements.
• You know common architecture types such as monoliths, microservices, etc.
• You have experience with cloud computing (Google Cloud and/or AWS) and can identify appropriate components.
• You understand the qualities a system must have (e.g., scalability, availability, performance, security) and can prioritize them.
• You are able to document solutions clearly, understandably, and effectively.
• You are familiar with security best practices and incorporate them into your work.
• You communicate problems and solutions clearly to both the team and stakeholders and can develop them collaboratively.
• You can guide and coach team members in the implementation of your solutions.
• You have a passion for software development and enjoy driving projects forward and taking responsibility.
• You are willing to push yourself and grow beyond your current limits.
