Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung und die Teamleitenden dabei, aus Projekt- und KPI-Daten verlässliche Steuerungsinformationen zu generieren.
- Gleichzeitig hilfst du, die internen Wissens- und Tool-Landschaften zu strukturieren, zu automatisieren und zu dokumentieren.
- Erhebung, Strukturierung und Plausibilisierung von KPI- und Projekt-Status-Daten inkl. Prüfung auf Fehlwerte, Dubletten und Ausreißer.
- Strukturierte Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Inhalten in Jira und Confluence (Komponenten, Labels, Templates, Sicherstellung der Aktualität).
- Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Qualitätssicherung von Ablagestrukturen unter Einhaltung definierter Design-Standards, Metadaten und Namenskonventionen.
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und laufende Pflege von Automatisierungen und Workflows (z. B. Jira-/Confluence-Macros, Excel, Power BI) sowie Entwicklung kleiner Python-/SQL-Skripte.
- Analyse von Datenbeständen und Ableitung von Hinweisen bei auffälligen Trends oder Datenlücken.
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings, inkl. Status-Packages, Risiko- und Entscheidungs-Logs sowie systematischem Follow-up-Tracking.
Requirements
- Eingeschriebenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Data Science, Statistik/Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel oder Google Sheets (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen, Power Query) oder die Motivation, sich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Grundkenntnisse in Python und/oder SQL sowie Freude am praktischen Arbeiten mit Daten
- Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse an Tools wie Jira und Confluence
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, klare Kommunikation sowie verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens C1 - Niveau zur sicheren Kommunikation im Arbeitsumfeld.
