About the role
- Junior Systems Analyst supporting the FIDC product in the Information Technology area during late and night shifts at Banco Daycoval.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and propose structured, efficient solutions;
- Record, document, and communicate information clearly, accurately, and in an organized manner;
- Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to support daily requests;
- Perform basic database queries and analyses to support incident investigation and data validation.
Requirements
- Well-organized with strong priority management skills;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Familiarity with system testing (user acceptance/homologation) and system deployments;
- Basic understanding of change management (GMUD) processes;
- Knowledge related to FIDC (Credit Receivables Investment Funds);
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Availability to work afternoon and night shifts;
- Availability to work in the Paulista area (São Paulo).
