About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and build the Security Project Advisory team in the field of classified communications
- Independently oversee and advise on projects regarding security matters
- Develop and maintain security concepts and other security documentation
- Review compliance with security requirements and conduct risk analyses
- Develop, recommend, and assess measures to improve security and monitor their effectiveness
- Advise internal and external clients from requirements gathering through to solution design on information security and classified information protection issues
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Security Management, Business Informatics or a related field, or alternatively a completed vocational qualification (e.g., IT specialist)
- Experience in (technical) leadership of consulting teams
- Relevant professional experience in consulting on information security and classified information protection, and in supporting complex security projects
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (IT-Grundschutz/IT baseline protection, ISO 27001, classified information protection, project management, etc.)
- Independent and structured working style with high quality standards and strong customer orientation
- Confident presence and presentation skills as well as team and collaboration skills
- Analytical approach and enthusiasm for developing original ideas
