Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain security concepts and related security documentation in accordance with IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection)
- Verify compliance with technical, organizational, and procedural security requirements
- Conduct risk analyses
- Provide consulting and support for the implementation of improvement measures
- Support external certification audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements
- University degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training (e.g., IT specialist)
- Relevant professional experience in information security, ideally in Information Security Management (ISMS)
- Experience implementing the security process according to IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection)
- Good knowledge of relevant norms and standards (IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI guidelines, technical directives, etc.)
- Structured and analytical working style, initiative, ability to communicate across different levels, and team spirit
