About the role
- Responsible management of engineering and specialized deep foundation projects
- Organization, control and optimization of project workflows
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the site team
- Coordination of subcontractors and awarding of subcontractor services
- Scheduling and allocation of equipment and materials
- Invoice review and project billing
Requirements
- Completed degree (University/FH/BA) in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification such as Master Craftsman or Construction Technician
- Several years of experience as a site or project manager in structural engineering and specialized deep foundation construction
- Solid knowledge of construction law and the German VOB (Construction Contract Procedures)
- Confident user of construction-specific software (preferably iTwo) and MS Office applications
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style, with strong negotiation skills
- Regular willingness to travel
