HR professional supporting recruiting and personnel management processes at BUG Verkehrsbau SE. Engaging in various HR tasks including applicant care and contract matters.
Responsibilities
Support across the entire recruiting process for trainees, specialists and management positions
Serve as point of contact for applicants and internal departments
Review application documents, forward them to the responsible department and arrange interviews
Manage various job boards and independently create job postings
Create communication and promotional materials for employer branding measures
Support the planning, preparation and execution of internal and external events
Draft and manage employment contracts, contract amendments and additional agreements
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare terminations, warnings and other employment law documents
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., personnel services clerk, HR consulting specialist, marketing communications clerk, or a degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or Communications/Media Studies with a focus on HR, Recruiting or Marketing
Initial practical experience in employer branding or communications
Independent and committed working style, with strong organizational and communication skills
Creative thinking and a strong affinity for current marketing trends and social media developments
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
