Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements for our subsidiaries and the consolidated financial statements
- Prepare reports (P&L, balance sheet and performance metrics) for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform contribution margin calculations, construction project/site evaluations and cost‑benefit analyses
- Support the preparation of business and financial plans
- Maintain master data and controlling tools
- Contribute to the development of BI tools and reporting processes
- Support the migration to a new ERP system (controlling module)
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with further qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of tax law and financial accounting
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with SQL, MS Dynamics and Power BI is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Strong team spirit and a desire to actively help shape processes
