About the role

  • Servicetechniker managing technical service and customer solutions in Kiel, Germany. Responsible for repairs, installations, and customer support within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Commissioning, network integration, troubleshooting and fault resolution on-site at customers' locations
  • Performing repairs and maintenance
  • Recording all service-relevant data in the Service Management System
  • Assessing warranty and guarantee cases
  • Supporting sales by actively marketing technical services
  • Developing and implementing customer-specific workflows and solutions

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Initial professional experience in technical customer service
  • Experience with networks and communication technologies
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as MS Office
  • Driving licence class B (car) is required
  • Strong customer focus combined with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences
