Responsibilities
Independently plan, manage and monitor all project phases — from initiation to successful completion
Define and align project objectives with all relevant internal departments and stakeholders
Prepare detailed project plans including time and resource planning and monitor adherence to deadlines and budgets
Coordinate implementation and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable
Ongoing risk management: identify, assess and control potential project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures
Provide regular, transparent reporting on project status, goal achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers
Responsible for customer-focused project communication and sustainable support throughout the entire project lifecycle
Continuously develop project management methods and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Degree in business administration/economics or a commercial vocational qualification with several years of project management experience
Solid knowledge in planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
Experience managing complex interfaces between different company areas and external partners
Strong IT affinity; ideally knowledge of IT system solutions and WaWi (inventory management), ERP or HR systems
Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and portals
Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage.
