About the role

  • Project Manager for IT solutions coordinating between departments and clients at Lübeck office. Leading project planning, execution, and communication in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, manage and monitor all project phases — from initiation to successful completion
  • Define and align project objectives with all relevant internal departments and stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed project plans including time and resource planning and monitor adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Coordinate implementation and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable
  • Ongoing risk management: identify, assess and control potential project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures
  • Provide regular, transparent reporting on project status, goal achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers
  • Responsible for customer-focused project communication and sustainable support throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Continuously develop project management methods and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics or a commercial vocational qualification with several years of project management experience
  • Solid knowledge in planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
  • Experience managing complex interfaces between different company areas and external partners
  • Strong IT affinity; ideally knowledge of IT system solutions and WaWi (inventory management), ERP or HR systems
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and portals
  • Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage.
