Requirements
Qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
Experience in direct sales
Customer-focused working style
Strong sales aptitude
Business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
Proficient MS Office skills
Outgoing personality and open communication
Comfortable in a family-oriented working environment
