Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers for our Baden-Baden location
  • Presenting the company and its services
  • Building relationships through targeted outreach
  • Persuading target customers with our product and service portfolio
  • Lead generation and coordination of initial and follow-up appointments
  • Conducting negotiations and closing contracts
  • Regular reporting to management

Requirements

  • Qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Customer-focused working style
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Outgoing personality and open communication
  • Comfortable in a family-oriented working environment
