About the role

  • Insurance consultant handling individual insurance needs for clients in the pension sector. Collaborating with in-house teams and managing both corporate and private client accounts in Herne, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and retirement provision
  • Serve as the point of contact for occupational and private pension/retirement planning matters for our client base
  • Handle ongoing account management for our corporate and private clients
  • Take responsibility for the complete, ideally case-closing, processing of cases
  • Work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Provide advice and proposals regarding corporate benefits concepts
  • Expand your network through targeted sales activities and take responsibility for new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
