About the role
- Customer Advisor for the insurance needs of industry and trade in a hybrid work setting. Engage with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Work with the team to find the right insurance solution for each sector
- Create added value by assessing risks and identifying suitable solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Tasks also include managing tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Passion for customer service and building close client relationships; a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
