About the role
- Customer Service Representative in an established insurance firm serving public sector clients. Responsible for finding insurance solutions and handling client inquiries in Detmold, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Handle the insurance needs of our municipal clients
- Identify and propose suitable insurance solutions
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts
- Manage tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree
- Experience in client servicing and a strong customer focus
- Very good Excel skills (preferable)
- Knowledge of property/casualty insurance and procurement law (preferable)
