About the role

  • Sales Admin at buah supporting B2B and Retail clients with administrative tasks. Ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid or remote setup.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for B2B and retail customers
  • Handling inquiries and preparing quotes
  • Order management and communication regarding delivery discrepancies
  • Support for Key Account Management
  • Preparation and compilation of monthly reports, statistics and analyses

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree
  • At least two years of experience in the B2B sector
  • Ideally experience in FMCG and retail
  • Availability at least 4 days per week
