Responsibilities

Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow.

Drive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision making.

Requirements
10 - 12 years external sales experience.
Successful track record in relevant sector sales with consistent target achievement.
Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management.
Proven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performers.
Experience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Strong CRM management skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation.
