About the role

  • Senior Consultant designing and delivering leadership solutions for global clients in Amsterdam. Focusing on business development and facilitating impactful leadership programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in business development, project scoping, development and delivery of custom leadership solutions across the talent life cycle for BTS clients.
  • Partner with leaders from some of the worlds leading corporations - Global 100 and 500 companies - to learn how their business works, what their strategies are and how to shape the leadership capabilities of their senior management to enable them to do the best work of their lives.
  • Build client relationships and support sales through exploring clients needs, understanding the BTS offerings, contributing to proposals and the communication of these offerings to clients.
  • Develop new solutions by working in teams or alone.
  • Deliver authentic, engaging, interactive and impactful facilitation of programmes to global audiences that positions BTS as the best in the market.
  • Develop others within our internal client teams by giving feedback and support the growth and development of those that work with you.
  • Work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Much of our work is virtual, but for some roles there is also significant travel (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • Experience of designing, developing and delivering Leadership solutions to a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrate effective presentation and facilitation skills in both an in-person and virtual environment.
  • Experience of business development with a consultative approach to building and nurturing client relationships which drive sales.
  • Able to collaborate and get the best out of others in a team.
  • Ability to incorporate developments in technology and approach to design and deliver outstanding learning experiences at pace and scale.
  • Able to draw on a professional network for potential clients and talent.
  • Agile and curious mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Skills in another of our European languages is particularly desirable (French, Swedish or German)
