About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting logistics for global client programs at BTS, a global professional services firm focusing on strategy and learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general logistical & administrative support to Client Delivery Teams
  • Managing and maintaining program data across various platforms simultaneously
  • Scheduling face-to-face and virtual workshops, as well as individual and group coaching sessions
  • Resourcing facilitators and coaches from both internal and external pool
  • Supporting the finance department with the invoicing process
  • Generating system reports for program activities and assisting with metrics reporting
  • Maintaining accurate data on the businesses ERP system
  • Supporting general Office Management activities

Requirements

  • Organised, analytical and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, able to relay instructions and decisions clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
  • A flexible attitude, unphased by unexpected change and ambiguity
  • Independent; a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility
  • A relationship builder, capable of managing various internal and external stakeholders
