About the role

• Talent Acquisition Intern responsible for sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews at b_labs. Focused on enhancing candidate experience and promoting company culture through engagement and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles.
• Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values.
• Interview Coordination and managing the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture.
• ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you enjoy talking to people!
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
• Tech Savvy, familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• A "people-first" attitude, a high degree of empathy, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the tech/business landscape.
