About the role

  • Support Specialist managing client relations around SCM processes and software systems. Collaborating closely with development and product teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • You assist our customers with specialist queries related to SCM processes (e.g., planning, inventory planning/disposition, logistics, procurement)
  • You advise and guide them in using our software solutions BRZ8 and BRZ 365
  • You analyze complex issues, immerse yourself in processes, and find sustainable solutions
  • You act as a sparring partner for our customers — technically competent, clear, and solution-oriented
  • You work closely with Development, Product Management, and Consulting

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (e.g., industry, retail, logistics, manufacturing)
  • Willingness to develop technically and to dive deeper into software and IT
  • Ideally some exposure to IT systems, ERP, planning tools, or software support (not required)
  • Enjoy explaining complex matters in an understandable way
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, initiative, and team spirit
