About the role

  • Event Marketing Coordinator supporting the execution of in-person and hybrid events across Broadridge. Collaborating globally to ensure every event meets business objectives and measures success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics, budget tracking, and timelines for events
  • Provide onsite and virtual event support
  • Monitor, measure, and report on event KPIs
  • Support budget tracking and vendor relationships
  • Leverage event platforms for analytics and reporting

Requirements

  • Positive and detail-oriented
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Experience with event platforms like ON24, Cvent, Socialive, Webex, Salesforce
  • Ability to manage logistics and budgets for events
