Responsibilities

• Gather information, conduct interviews, and research facts for content production;
• Collaborate with editors and senior reporters on coverage and editorial activities;
• Produce articles, reports, and quick news briefs, following editorial guidelines and prioritizing SEO techniques;
• Write both hard news and evergreen content;
• Produce weekly feature reports, either independently or in collaboration with more experienced colleagues;
• Capture basic photographs to complement content;
• Support reporters in newsroom routines and the project's editorial workflow;
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Become familiar with content editing and publishing tools;
• Pitch story ideas aligned with the project's needs;
• Edit, revise, and publish texts on the project's portal.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Social Communication;
• Demonstrate previous experience in reporting, writing, and conducting interviews;
• Excellent writing skills and strong command of journalistic techniques;
• Manage deadlines and workloads with organization and efficiency;
• Stay up to date on best practices, trends, and journalism tools;
• Apply SEO techniques across different content formats;
• Verify information accurately and responsibly;
• Use social media as complementary tools for reporting and distribution;
• Be flexible to cover a range of topics (e.g., Economy, Politics, Health, Culture);
• Advanced English proficiency.
