- Accounting data entry: record supplier and customer invoices, bank transactions and various accounting entries.
- Verification and reliability: check the conformity of supporting documents, ensure proper filing and archiving of records.
- Monthly closings: assist the accounting team with preparation for monthly closes.
- Customer and supplier follow-up: help with customer reminders and preparation of supplier payment runs.
- Bank reconciliations: support the team in cash monitoring and verification of financial flows.
- Continuous improvement: participate in optimizing administrative and accounting processes.
Requirements
- You are studying for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 (2- or 3-year post-secondary diploma) in accounting or management.
- You know the basics of accounting and have a solid grasp of core principles.
- You are rigorous, organized and reliable.
- You are proficient in Excel and willing to use accounting software.
- You are curious, motivated and not afraid to ask questions to progress.
