Responsibilities

  • Handling various tasks within financial accounting
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
  • Cash and bank bookkeeping
  • Invoicing
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Posting incoming and outgoing payments
  • Preparation and analysis of the monthly VAT advance return
  • Support tasks for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, professional experience in accounting for crafts or property management
  • Motivated by working in a structured, independent and responsible manner
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Friendly, reliable and goal-oriented
  • Enjoys daily work
