Responsibilities
Support the execution of digital campaigns and internal marketing initiatives.
Assist with social media content scheduling and coordination, especially across LinkedIn, Reddit, and G2.
Support content publishing and updates in marketing platforms (HubSpot and WordPress), with training provided.
Assist with basic SEO and content optimization tasks under guidance.
Assist in preparing and formatting content for blogs, newsletters, internal communications, and presentations.
Coordinate with designers and content specialists to ensure assets are ready and correctly formatted.
Support internal communications initiatives, including announcements, updates, and internal content.
Help manage internal marketing requests and task tracking using collaboration tools.
Ensure information is clearly organized and shared with the right teams.
Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up tasks for webinars and in-person activities.
Track tasks and requests using Notion. Organize shared folders and documentation using SharePoint. Help maintain structure and visibility across marketing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semesters) in Marketing, Communications, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
Basic understanding or strong interest in B2B marketing and professional services.
Intermediate English (reading, writing, and basic communication).
Willingness and motivation to learn marketing tools such as HubSpot and WordPress.
Organized, responsible, and eager to grow professionally.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (1–2 days per week in the Bogotá office).
