Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of Brightway's business model and proven operational practices
  • Engage with warm leads from Brightway's existing book of business to generate new opportunities
  • Develop new carrier leads through prospecting and lead development
  • Maintain a book of business, focusing on territory development and relationship retention
  • Conduct proactive outreach via calls and emails to promote Brightway's value proposition
  • Efficiently organize and prioritize daily tasks using calendars, checklists, and planning tools
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication through email and internal systems
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes and enhance sales performance
  • Accurately document all activities and follow-ups in tracking systems
  • Collaborate with team members to support seamless operations and shared goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Ability to obtain Personal Lines licensure within 2 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Superior customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent independent judgment and decision making
  • Superior ability to manage own time, activities and resources
