Responsibilities

Maintain consistent and professional communication through email and internal systems
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes and enhance sales performance
Accurately document all activities and follow-ups in tracking systems

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
0-3 years experience in a customer service or sales environment
Ability to obtain Personal Lines licensure within 2 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
