About the role

  • Ecommerce Manager overseeing daily operations and optimising Bremont.com for brand alignment. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and drive growth of the digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of bremont.com, including building, maintaining, and optimising product pages, collection pages, campaign pages, and other landing pages to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimise D2C/cart functionality, on-site search, and customer account functionality to improve UX and conversion rates.
  • Support CRM activities, including building, deploying, and maintaining email campaigns and automated/triggered email workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure website performance aligns with broader marketing and business strategies.
  • Collaborate on UX research and propose improvements to enhance website usability and customer experience.
  • Develop detailed briefs for website functionality enhancements and oversee project delivery by internal and external teams.
  • Ensure accurate and optimised product and customer data management within Shopify and other integrated platforms.
  • Co-develop and manage a rolling website testing and reporting framework to continually enhance UX and website performance.
  • Support planning and deployment of new website locales to expand the brand's digital presence.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience with the Shopify platform, including front-end merchandising, data management, and app integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in website development project management and UX optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey planning, email campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving user experience and driving results.
  • Experience within the luxury sector preferable.
