Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
Monitor and control the Shared Services Center's operational workflows
Ensure efficient execution of financial processes with an end-to-end perspective
Lead process automation and digitalization initiatives
Reduce rework, bureaucracy, and interdepartmental dependencies
Drive the evolution of systems and tools to achieve scalability
Manage KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance
Liaise with technology teams to implement improvements
Lead and develop the team
Requirements
Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or similar back-office structures
Strong experience in financial processes (accounts payable and receivable, cash flow)
Hands-on experience with process automation (RPA, workflows, integrations, etc.)
Ability to understand and optimize end-to-end processes
Proven experience leading structured teams, including:
Management of operational teams and analysts (SSC)
Definition of structure, roles, and seniority levels
Team development and progression (feedback, performance, succession)
Management of targets, SLAs, and productivity metrics
Establishment of management cadences and operational monitoring
Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven, and efficiency-focused environments
Ability to lead teams in transformational contexts, driving cultural change, adoption of new tools, and process improvement
Strong stakeholder engagement with business and technology areas
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in environments with multiple sites or decentralized operations
Prior experience in SSC transformation or evolution
Familiarity with tools such as RPA, BPM, ERP, and integrations
Experience with rapid growth or the integration of operations
