Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the capital allocation process of the business, including prioritisation of investment decisions
Ensure alignment of capital allocation to the overall strategic direction
Drive the annual strategic refresh of the business, including the updating of the businesses' value creation plan
Monitor execution risks in the delivery of the strategy and problem solve with VPs on course correction
Lead deep dives into targeted topics on behalf of the VPs and SVP
Prioritise the deployment of strategic transformation resources to work with the markets on selected topics to ensure delivery of the business plan
Interface to Group and manage the delivery of ongoing Group projects and initiatives
Lead your team across various roles and locations
Requirements
Degree, MBA qualified is preferred (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrable balance of Strategic & Delivery skills – co-developing strategies, solving problems, and knowing how to create commercial value whilst driving implementation
Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a robust understanding of capital allocation principles and value based management
Ability to interpret data, oversee strategic projects and understand commercial deals and business models
Demonstrated success in managing cross functional initiatives and leading teams in a decentralized organisation across Europe
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
Highly organized with a delivery mindset and ability to operate and prioritise with resilience and independently under pressure
