Responsibilities

  • Developing new client opportunities within DFW and across Texas
  • Strengthening relationships with our most important clients
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities to build our long-term pipeline
  • Leading and executing client and market strategies through business development, project leadership, and team collaboration
  • Developing and maintaining compliance to client development budgets
  • Preparing project proposals and providing technical review of deliverables

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience in civil/geotechnical engineering consulting
  • minimum of five years in client-facing roles
  • Current PE license in state of TX preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
