Responsibilities
Identify opportunities and develop initiatives aimed at leveraging customer retention and loyalty strategy.
Implement and monitor pilots/POCs to test hypotheses in order to capture opportunities to improve perceived value and retention.
Interact with customer-related areas at BB Seguros and with Brasilseg Product teams to identify business opportunities that positively impact results and/or the customer experience.
Monitor customer indicators and propose actions to amplify results.
Create and update presentations on results and the area’s strategies.
Manage the backlog of initiatives to optimize the profitability of the customer portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed);
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Knowledge of business topics and customer experience-related matters;
Familiarity with goals or performance indicators related to customer experience;
Differential: experience querying databases using SQL.
