- Interact with customer-related areas at BB Seguros and with Brasilseg Product teams to identify business opportunities that positively impact results and/or the customer experience.
- Monitor customer indicators and propose actions to amplify results.
- Create and update presentations on results and the area’s strategies.
- Manage the backlog of initiatives to optimize the profitability of the customer portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of business topics and customer experience-related matters;
- Familiarity with goals or performance indicators related to customer experience;
- Differential: experience querying databases using SQL.
