About the role

  • Sales Assistant supporting B2B client acquisition at Brandleads Marketing Service. Key responsibilities include lead qualification, appointment setting, and CRM system management.

Responsibilities

  • Core part of the sales process
  • Telephone outreach to prospective new clients (B2B cold calling)
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-quality, committed consultation appointments
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Follow up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
  • Support planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
  • Enjoy making calls, organized and goal-oriented, while remaining personable and professional
  • High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Willingness to work remotely, reliable and able to work independently
  • Strong command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
  • Ideally, understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
