Responsibilities
Core part of the sales process
Telephone outreach to prospective new clients (B2B cold calling)
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality, committed consultation appointments
Maintain and update the CRM system
Follow up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
Support planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
Feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
Enjoy making calls, organized and goal-oriented, while remaining personable and professional
High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Willingness to work remotely, reliable and able to work independently
Strong command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
Ideally, understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
