About the role

  • Product Marketing Analyst responsible for brand positioning and customer journey at Aviva's tourism destinations. Collaborating with operational teams and sales for seamless customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • The Product Marketing Analyst is the guardian of the positioning, narrative and visual concept for each product at the destination.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing communications are clear, consistent with the brand and contribute to a delightful experience across the entire journey — from information search to checkout.
  • Acts as a communications consultant for operational areas (Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment, Park Operations, among others), advising on the best format, content and materials for each communication need.
  • Serves as a point of reference for the Sales team, mastering the details of each product, experience and offer, and ensuring teams are always informed about changes, construction works, operational improvements and other factors that impact the customer experience.
  • Additionally, is familiar with and monitors orientation guides and product standards, helping to ensure a standardized and consistent experience across all touchpoints. From this broad perspective, identifies opportunities to improve the customer journey and proposes enhancements to processes, communications and the complex's informational interfaces.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge in: brand positioning and product narrative, institutional and informational communication, basic design principles and layout interpretation, customer journey and product standards, preparing briefs and managing requests, and analysis of communications and sales channels.
  • Previous experience in the Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment sector.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, completed or in progress.
