About the role

  • Oversees the workflow of activities under their responsibility related to hiring/onboarding, leaves of absence, timekeeping, termination, benefits, payroll, and employee support.
  • Supports the onboarding process, entering information into systems, preparing the onboarding kit, integrating new employees, requesting and registering PIS (social integration number), and conducting employee probation/experience evaluations, following established procedures.
  • Ensures correct recording of overtime, absences, and late arrivals on payroll by reviewing time records and adjusting schedules for salaried and hourly employees.
  • Supports benefits administration (purchasing commuting and meal vouchers, recording health and dental co-payments, payroll-deductible loans, daycare reimbursements, alimony entries, and various other postings) by verifying information in the system and importing files into payroll.
  • Assists with matters handled by the personnel administration assistant related to leaves of absence and maternity leave: enters data into the system and monitors correct and incorrect payments to employees on leave or maternity leave.
  • Supports the termination process, checks for employment stability restrictions, verifies employee obligations with the Institution (meals, payroll loans, and termination checklist), and ensures termination payments are processed within the required deadlines.
  • Contributes to the payment/collection of payroll-related statutory contributions in compliance with legal deadlines.
  • Performs duties in accordance with the organization's established culture and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Specialization: Labor Legislation;
  • Desired: Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel);
  • Knowledge of CAGED, SEFIP and GRRF.
  • Previous experience in operational HR processes.
