Responsibilities
- Support project teams in technical aspects of managing construction projects.
- Process shop drawings, document control, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
- Assist project staff in coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, and quality control functions.
- Establish cost reporting and tracking systems for project components.
- Manage drawings, revisions, and communicate to trades.
- Take notes and issue meeting minutes.
- Manage submittal process and RFIs.
- Ensure manuals are completed to standards.
- Monitor safety and OSHA standards on-site.
- Review shop drawings and plans for value analysis and constructability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other relevant degree.
- 3-5 years project engineering experience with a general contractor.
- Commercial Construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, etc.) and standard business software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
