About the role

• Senior Manager driving growth of Bosta's logistics network through operational expansion and opening new hub locations. Overseeing processes, ensuring high service quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads Bosta’s national growth by planning, launching, and standardizing all new operational facilities across the network.
• Develops the frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs that guide how hubs are opened, relocated, or upgraded, ensuring every site meets Bosta’s operational, financial, and quality standards.
• Manages a specialized team and works closely with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Real Estate, Finance, and People to ensure seamless execution.
• Responsible for building scalable, efficient, and compliant facilities that enhance service quality, reduce costs, and support Bosta’s long-term growth plans.
• Leads end-to-end expansion projects for new hubs, from planning to launch.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and cost assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and cost efficiency during expansion phases.
• Implement best practices in last-mile delivery, sorting, and warehousing operations.
• Coordinate with Admin, Procurement and Operations to prepare facilities, equipment, and staffing.
• Build timelines and ensure all tasks are completed before go-live.
• Report progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve expansion processes to enable faster and more efficient launches.

Requirements

• +10 years of experience in operations, expansion, project management, logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple hubs at once.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data for planning.
• Willingness to travel across Egypt frequently.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or retail operations is a plus.
