About the role
- Junior Consultant specializing in E-Invoicing, supporting digital transformation in Germany. Working with teams to enhance efficiency in Financial Supply Chain processes.
Responsibilities
- As part of a team, you will advise our clients and support them in their digital transformation — from concept to implementation, particularly in the area of e-invoicing and digital processes.
- You assist in creating functional/technical concepts and in implementing e-invoicing projects.
- This covers the business and legal dimensions as well as processes, organization, change and technology.
- You prepare for, follow up on, and actively participate in client meetings and workshops — for example for process mapping, system selection, or training of business units.
- You analyze existing processes in accounting and procurement, identify optimization potential, and present the results in a structured way.
- You build subject-matter expertise in areas around the financial supply chain and the further development of topics such as e-invoicing.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, (business) informatics/Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- One to two years of project experience (e.g., through internships or student positions) in consulting or accounting.
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a desire to make complex topics understandable.
- Enthusiasm for digitization, process optimization, and working at the interface between technology and organization.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
- Excellent German and English skills.
