About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Social Works).
- A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related advisory role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
