About the role
- IT-Consultant advising on ERP processes for public administration and financial services clients. Focused on digital transformation and optimization of business processes across various sectors.
Responsibilities
- You will actively advise our clients on the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes with the goal of identifying optimization potential and advancing, improving, and digitizing processes.
- You will analyze and evaluate client processes and their specific requirements to develop tailored concepts.
- You will act as an expert on ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) for our clients.
- You will apply your knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business intelligence, and AI technologies to optimize our clients' processes.
- Depending on the project, you will support or lead the implementation process for your area of responsibility and be responsible for customer-specific customizations.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- You will support the sales team during the sales process to achieve shared success.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics, or a related field.
- At least three years of professional experience with any ERP systems.
- Project management knowledge, ideally PRINCE2 or IT service management according to ITIL v4.
- A strong interest in vendor-neutral consulting and a passion for helping companies digitize their processes.
- Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations across Germany on a temporary basis.
