About the role

  • Senior Media Analyst at Bold Digital overseeing media planning and management of digital campaigns with defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Digital media management across multiple channels
  • Operation of media platforms/tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, Twitter Ads, etc.)
  • Manage ad spend according to the media plan
  • Campaign optimization and daily monitoring based on KPIs
  • Campaign structure creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Weekly presentation of performance campaign results and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Client-facing role to present and justify optimizations
  • Recommend ad formats and best practices to improve creative performance
  • Organize and control investment by channel, client, and campaign
  • Ensure campaign monitoring and optimization with a focus on achieving the best results
  • Liaise daily with publishers/media outlets and internal teams (creative, planning, business)
  • Present new and innovative platform solutions
  • Manage campaigns to exceed planned KPIs

  • Experience in media planning
  • Full knowledge of platforms, formats, objectives and digital channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, Twitter Ads, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strategic knowledge to define appropriate KPIs and implement the best actions to achieve them
  • Critical and analytical mindset

  • University degree (Preferred: Advertising, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Experience with offline media
  • Experience working with retail clients and/or retail operations, including e-commerce
  • Experience in programmatic media operations (DBM, BrightRoll, etc.)
  • Google, Facebook, and Analytics certifications
  • Advanced English
