- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 10+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR combination of technical education and work-related experience with a master’s degree
- Experience leading RF/EO/IR/Radar/Electronic/Electrical engineering projects/programs and/or labs
- Ability to coordinate with a large technical team and customers to communicate safety plans, test plans, and data collection
- Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
