Requirements
3+ years of experience in the Commercial/Defense or Distribution Aviation Industry
3+ years of leading teams
Knowledgeable of AS9100/9120 and ASA-100 Standards
Proficient computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Access, etc.)
Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient communication skills regarding performance, coaching, discipline
