- Senior Business Functional Analyst supporting Boeing's Supply Chain ERP systems in various US locations. Collaborating with business stakeholders to define actionable requirements and ensure product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leads efforts to define and document detailed business requirements
- Learns business unit’s inventory fulfillment and logistics business flows, processes and products
- Facilitates requirement gathering and design sessions with business product owners/users
- Uses a variety of techniques such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops
- Negotiates solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value
- Communicates and writes to develop strong relationships with business customers, IT, Infrastructure, vendors and partners
- Identifies process improvement opportunities by reviewing existing processes and data
- Ensures requirements are testable and traceable
- Develops and executes test cases to validate the requirements
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, and/or equivalent work experience
